What products do you offer?
We provide our customers with some of the best online courses in driver safety in the business! There are novice driver education classes for first-time driving students, defensive driving/traffic school classes, and a mature driver program for senior car insurance discounts.
How do I register for the course?
Registering is easy! All you need to do is click the red Register Now button (found on most pages on this site) and you'll be taken to the page where you can enter your information. If you are taking a course because a court issued you a citation, be sure to have the name of the court and your driver's license handy.
How long does the course take?
The classroom material itself for the driver improvement course takes about eight hours to complete. However, you are permitted to take more or less time than this if you'd like, and you do not need to complete the course all at once if you'd rather break it into smaller pieces. The front-end and back-end time to fill out your personal information takes only a few minutes.
How much does the course cost?
Our traffic school costs you just $29.95. This includes delivery of your certificate of completion through the U.S. mail.
Is your site secure?
Of course it is! We use a secure server (you'll see a lock icon at the bottom of your browser window) during all payment transactions. You are also free to pay by phone if you prefer, by calling our customer service office.
What does the course look like?
The class material contains videos, 3-D animations, and quizzes throughout. There is also text to read, of course, though we have done our best to keep the class interesting and engaging for you.

The course outline was designed by an award-winning expert in online learning, working in conjunction with subject matter experts in the area of traffic safety, as well as an editorial and art team to make the learning experience more robust. At the bottom of each page within the course, you'll see a link that you can click if you'd like to leave feedback or suggestions for the course design and editorial groups. The course is constantly being updated to include the latest laws.
Do I need to take the class on the same computer every time I log in?
No. Although the use of cookies does help us track information better if you do stay on one machine, you can use any computer that has an Internet connection. The vital data is stored on our servers, not your hard drive.
How do the quizzes work?
You'll see a ten-question quiz at the end of each unit of study. While your scores on these quizzes are not provided to any governing body, you must pass with a minimum score of 80% in order to advance to the next unit. This is for your benefit, as knowing the material will help you with your final exam!
How do I take my final exam?
At the end of the last unit, you'll take an online final exam that tests your mastery of the material throughout the course. It consists of 25 questions that cover all sorts of things you might have seen within the course. These questions are pulled randomly from a question database, so you and your neighbor may not get the same final exam questions. Don't worry -- while you do need to get an 80% or better on the final to pass, you can take the final an unlimited number of times.
How do I get my certificate of completion?
Your certificate will be delivered to you in the U.S. mail once you have passed the final exam. For a small fee, you can expedite the process by requesting overnight delivery via Federal Express. As long as you've made their pickup deadline at our end, you'll have your certificate the very next business day.
